This 1,500 sf private residence outside of Hartford was an existing Mid-Century home that we are re-working with a small addition to create a more dramatic living/dining space that takes advantage of the beautiful surroundings.

The home is completely gutted on the interior, with a new master suite, guest bathroom, kitchen and laundry in addition. The carport roof was also modified to echo the addition at the living area creating dramatic opposing roof lines.
