POTTSTOWN PLATING WORKS, Pottstown, PA

We were tasked to reimagine this dilapidated 50,000sf former factory building for a developer to lure prospective new manufacturing tenants. We maintained the original footprint of the building and created 3 steel and glass pavilions to create interest and variation across the large façade and to highlight future entry points.
