FERRARO RESIDENCE . Simsbury, CT
This 1,500 sf private residence outside of Hartford was an existing Mid-Century home that we are re-working with a small addition to create a more dramatic living/dining space that takes advantage of the beautiful surroundings.
The home is completely gutted on the interior, with a new master suite, guest bathroom, kitchen and laundry in addition. The carport roof was also modified to echo the addition at the living area creating dramatic opposing roof lines. Completion expected late summer, 2017.
